I strongly recommend Volvo Cars Marin. After visiting 4 local Volvo dealerships, my wife and I drove 50 miles in the rain to Volvo Cars Marin to get our new Volvo. They had a selection of cars that pleased my wife; the terms discussed on the phone were very competitive; and, the Sales Manager, Elyes Chebbi, was familiar to us, as he had been the Sales Manager at the local Volvo dealership when we purchased our prior Volvo. When we arrived at Volvo Cars Marin the sales staff was very patient and helpful, especially Mauricio Aviles, as my wife wanted to see a few different models. The final paperwork turned out to cost less than Elyes had initially described, and Mauricio was extremely patient and generous with his time helping us to program the Volvo software to connect our cellphones and to program all of our driving preferences. We intend to revisit Volvo Cars Marin when it's time for our next Volvo.

The Customer Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty does not apply to third party purchasers such as independent repair shops, body shops or on parts purchased over the counter and not installed by an authorized Volvo dealer.  The warranty on these parts will be for two years from the purchase date for defects for the part replacement only.  Labor will not be included.  Part failures due to installation errors will not be covered by any Volvo Part Warranty.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable.  The coverage only applies to the original purchaser of the part.  Proof of previous purchase and installation at an authorized Volvo dealer is necessary for coverage.  This warranty does not cover parts replaced under your Volvo New Car, Certified Pre-Owned or VIP Warranty.  For repairs completed under these warranties you will be covered for the balance of the remaining warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.

Volvo Car USA, LLC warrants the new Volvo Genuine replacement part (excluding accessories and consumable parts as listed above) that such part installed at an authorized Volvo dealer will be free from defects in material or workmanship.  There is no coverage for parts needing replacement due to any outside influence.
