Lisa Crisp in the Service dept was very clear and helpful when I checked in, and explained the 40K miles servicing to be done on my leased s60. Servicing was quick to alert me during the day of needed work--with a diagnosis of what/why that spelled out the repair issues. The free Lyft that I used while waiting allowed me to take care of errands nearby and return without a hitch. The staff there (Neil) set that up. I got a chance to speak with manager Diana Kennedy about buy after lease option---the terms were explained clearly.
