We were looking for a new car and we got very lucky that Volvo Cars Marin was one of the only dealerships carrying the car we wanted. We were working with Mauricio Aviles when we first checked out the car. We LOVE working with Mauricio. He was not pushy at all, very friendly and made the car buying process seamless. This was actually the best buying experience for me. There was no pressure and we were in and out and we had our new car! I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new EX30. Travis Evora walked me through the whole process. He helped me back in 2024 when I test drove the EX90. The car was too big for me and discussed the option of the smaller ex30. It was not yet available and he recommended I preorder the car. With his wise advice I received the perfect car for me. Much smaller, ultra package that I desired and the unusual moss yellow color, exactly what I wanted. The day of purchase he spent much time with me and helped set the car up and provided a comprehensive tutorial. We went on a drive and I learned how an electric car functions . We got photos of my new car with a big red bow. Travis was really helpful and made a stressful day absolutely fun ! Thanks Travis!
