It's October, and you know what that means?
No, guys, not pumpkin spice lattes!
October means that it's National Adopt-A-Shelter-Dog Month! There are thousands of dogs across the country in need of a home, and this is the month that we shine a spotlight on them. Do you have a shelter dog in your family? Or two? Maybe even three??
If you have dogs, then it's important to make sure that you have a way to transport them that's safe, comfortable, and affordable (dog treats aren't cheap!) Edmunds released a "Top Ten" list of vehicles that were top picks for pet safety, and of course the spacious Volvo XC70 was on it! With a roomy cargo area, off-road capabilities, and extra-stable all-wheel drive, the XC70 is a great choice for dog-loving drivers!
Looking for something a little more compact? The Volvo XC60 is another fantastic choice for pooches! Yeager and his owner, Dave Skoletsky, certainly seem to think so!
